When booking a party, for general purposes (new clients), reserve 45-60 min per guest. A 4 person party for 4 new clients should be reserved for 4 hours. This will change for repeat guests as less time will be needed for consultation.

The Glaskyn bus is about 27 feet long, and it is extremely helpful if you are able to allow the bus to park in a driveway or block off a space in the street with your car prior to arrival. You will get a text when the bus is on its way, which will usually be at least 30 minutes prior to arrival (for parties, this may be earlier than the party start time).
